After completing your payment, you’ll receive an email containing a submission link where you can provide details about your tool.
Using that link, you’ll submit your listing information such as:

Tool name
Description
Website URL
Images or screenshots
Additional relevant details

Once submitted, our team manually reviews every listing to ensure it meets our quality guidelines.

After approval, the listing is published live on the site according to the package you selected.

Approval times depend on the package selected:

‍Free (backlink required): At least 4 weeks, and sometimes longer depending on queue volume.
‍Basic: Typically reviewed and approved within 4 business days.
‍Pro: Typically reviewed and approved within 2 business days.

Listings may be rejected if they:

Are incomplete or missing required information
Do not meet our quality standardsContain misleading or inaccurate information
Promote NSFW, adult, or explicit content

If your listing is rejected for any reason, we will notify you via email and issue a full refund of your submission fee.

No. Tools that contain adult, explicit, or NSFW content are not allowed on NoCodeTools.

If a submission contains NSFW content, it will be rejected during the review process and the submission fee will be refunded.

For the Free submission option, a backlink to NoCodeTools is required.

To make this easy, we provide an optional badge embed code that you can place on your website. However, using the badge is not required. You may also add a simple text hyperlink from a blog post, article, resources page, or another appropriate page on your site.

Your listing will remain active on our site as long as the backlink remains live.

Our team periodically checks backlink listings to confirm the link is still active.

Basic and Pro listings do not require a backlink.

If the backlink is removed or becomes inaccessible, your listing will also be removed from NoCodeTools.

To avoid accidental removal, we recommend placing the backlink on a permanent page on your website where it is unlikely to be removed.

Pro subscriptions begin immediately at the time of purchase and are billed monthly on a recurring basis.

Yes. You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time.

After cancellation, your listing will remain on the site, but all Pro features will be removed, including:

Featured page placement
Featured badge
Ranking boosts
Homepage exposure
Featured sidebar placements

Your listing will revert to a standard (non-Pro) listing level.

We do not offer refunds once a listing has been approved and published.

The only exception is if a submission is rejected during the review process, in which case the submission fee will be refunded.

Pro listings receive additional visibility across the site, including:

Ranking boosts in relevant categories
Placement on the Featured Tools page
‍A Featured badge displayed on the listingAppearance on the homepage (the latest 16 featured tools)
Rotating placement in the featured sidebar, which appears on every tool listing

These placements help your tool receive greater visibility from users browsing the directory.

No. Purchasing a listing on NoCodeTools provides exposure and visibility within our directory, but we cannot guarantee specific results such as traffic, signups, or sales.
